There are several groups soliciting magazine subscriptions in the area door to door. Several of the solicitors have been denied permits; you can ask to see the permit issued by the police department. If the solicitor employs high pressure sales tactics or in any way tries to force you to buy anything ask them to leave and please call the police.

There has been numerous gypsy companies in this area trying to scam people, in most circumstances they prey on the elderly. If anyone comes to your residence looking to sell a service or product, you may request to see their solicitor permit issued by the Sherborn Police Department. If they do not have a permit they can't solicit in town and call the police immediately. Check Back Often
